We designed a bespoke solution for a premium sushi restaurant that wanted to guarantee absolute freshness during delivery and offer a unique dramatic experience on opening. Every project starts from the client's specific requirements.
The solution: a dual-compartment packaging system with integrated dry ice. On opening, a cloud of vapour envelops the sushi, creating a Michelin-star "wow" effect delivered directly to the end customer's home.
The packaging maintains the ideal temperature for over 90 minutes during transport. The modular design separates nigiri, maki and sashimi into dedicated compartments with custom anti-slip holders designed using 3D CAD.
