Four mixers developed to optimally mix sushi vinegar, evenly and quickly. The rotation movement of the tank and the special fins has been designed and optimized by an expert chef in sushi preparation. Mixing of 6.0 kg of sushi rice is completed in just 3 minutes.
The high-efficiency motor fan cools the sushi rice in the spherical tank, designed to immediately remove moisture and heat from the sushi rice. Fresh air circulation also removes stickiness and acidity, allowing you to obtain ideal sushi rice.
The spherical tank can hold a maximum of 6.0 kg of rice. It is specially designed to let the sushi rice fall into the tank only by its own weight, to maintain its consistency and prevent it from becoming mushy.
