The kiosk welcomes, advises and takes the payment; the vending machine delivers the product. The same software runs both and tells you what sells, when, and when to restock. Perfumes, supplements, fresh food in smart fridges, pharmacy products, accessories, pick-up lockers. Each category comes with its own Italian rules (food, medicines, age checks, fiscal reporting): they are settled in the project, before installation.

Interactive kiosks are named in Annex IV of the Italian 2026 Budget Law among the "intelligent customer interaction systems". For Italian companies buying or financial-leasing them between 1 January 2026 and 30 September 2028, the cost is deducted with a 180% mark-up. It requires GSE portal booking, documented interconnection to the management system, a sworn technical appraisal and accounting certification: we supply the technical file and point you to a qualified appraiser; your accountant confirms the actual benefit. Operating rental and subscription software do not qualify.
